Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Cool the cake for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
