Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring well between each interval until smooth and glossy.
  3. Optional: Mix in some green food coloring into the melted chocolate.
Shaping
  1. Dip a mini pretzel twist into the melted white chocolate, coating one half, and place it on the prepared baking sheet with the chocolate side facing down.
  2. Repeat the process until you have shaped the trees you want, using two pretzels for each tree.
  3. Insert a pretzel stick at the base of your trees to create a trunk.
Decoration
  1. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle on your decorations like sprinkles or mini candies to create ornaments.
Setting
  1. Allow the trees to set for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature, or place them in the fridge to speed up the process.
