Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients, then add the melted butter and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Once risen, roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the dough.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle it over the chocolate. Add the chopped pistachios.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one side to the other, forming a log. Slice into rolls about 1 to 2 inches wide.
  5. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Tips: Ensure your yeast is fresh and your milk is warm but not hot. Optional extras include vanilla or almond extract. Use dental floss for clean slicing.
