Preparation
- Wash the watermelon under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

- Pat the inside of the shells dry to allow for better jello adherence.
Mixing
- In a bowl, mix the gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.
- Stir in cold water to bring the mixture to a manageable temperature.
- (Optional) Add gummy candies to the mixture for an extra surprise.
Assembly
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the watermelon halves carefully.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
- Once set, cut the watermelon halves into wedges for serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
