Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean, flat surface.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped bell peppers, chopped spinach, and sliced black olives. Stir well to distribute evenly.
- Season the mixture with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Fully incorporate all ingredients.
- Lay the tortilla wrap flat on your surface and spread a layer of the veggie and cheese mixture evenly, leaving a border.
- From one side, carefully roll the tortilla away from you into a tight cylinder.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheel shapes, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
Serving
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Optionally secure them with toothpicks.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients. Softening the cream cheese will make spreading easier. Don’t rush the rolling process to maintain pinwheel shape.
