Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roasting
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all florets are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden brown and tender, remove the cauliflower from the oven.
Making the Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix together the freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Finishing Touches
- Drizzle the lemon pepper glaze over the hot cauliflower and toss gently to coat all florets.
- Return the glazed cauliflower to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
