Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain the tuna thoroughly, squeezing the can to remove excess liquid.
  2. Cube the avocados into half-inch pieces.
  3. Mince the red onions finely.
  4. Dice the celery into small pieces.
  5. Chop the cilantro, including some tender stems.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  7. Use a fork to gently mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  8. Sample the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
