  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Melts beautifully for each roll.
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Rich and tangy sauce for flavor.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Favorite Toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, cooked sausage) Customize with your favorites.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  4. Add your favorite toppings.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly brush the outside of each rolled tortilla with olive oil or melted butter before baking. Consider sprinkling Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes on top of the cheese before rolling for added flavor.
