Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a hand mixer or spatula, blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix-Ins
  1. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips into the creamy mixture.
Shape the Cheeseball
  1. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
  2. Wrap it tightly and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Coat with Pecans
  1. Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the chopped pecans until fully coated.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing. Make the cheeseball a day ahead for enhanced flavors. Sliced apples can be kept fresh by dipping in lemon juice.
