Preparation

Cooking Meat
  1. Stir in the seasoned meat mixture and cook, stirring regularly, for about 5–6 minutes until browned.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, chicken broth, corn, and black beans to the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil.
Cooking Pasta
  1. Add the penne pasta, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 12–14 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
