  • 0.33 cup sliced green onions Fresh and aromatic, adds brightness.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) Adds sweetness to enhance the flavors.
For the Tortillas
  • 4 pieces spinach or flour tortillas (8-inch size) Soft and tender wraps for filling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until luxuriously smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, sliced green onions, and optional sugar until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Lay each tortilla flat and spread about ¼ cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
  2. Gently roll each tortilla from one edge to the other, wrapping tightly.
  3. Wrap the rolled spirals in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serving
  1. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 6 pieces.
  2. Arrange on a platter and serve.

Notes

For a healthier version, you can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt, use whole wheat tortillas, or add fresh herbs like basil or parsley. They can be made ahead of time and taste better after chilling overnight.
