Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze. Whisk until well-blended.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  5. Brush the glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
