Preparation
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in 1 cup of hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until it's slightly set.
- Remove from the refrigerator and add instant vanilla pudding mix; whisk until a smooth consistency emerges.
- Chill again for another 15-20 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
- Add the halved and sliced fresh strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows, gently folding them in.
- Chill for an additional 2 hours to set completely before serving.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator, covering tightly with plastic wrap or foil. Can enjoy within 3-5 days.
