Preparation
  1. Grab your blender and toss in the frozen strawberries, banana, and your chosen milk.
  2. If your blender struggles, pulse a few times and add a splash of extra milk.
  3. Scrape down the sides and blend until smooth, keeping it thick by not adding all the milk at once.
  4. Pour the smoothie blend into a bowl.
  5. Decorate the bowl with your choice of toppings.
  6. Enjoy immediately before it melts.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, let the fruit sit out for a few minutes before blending. You can mix and match different frozen fruits or add extras like spinach without affecting the taste.
