- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red chili flakes. Whisk until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch.
Cooking
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss gently.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions and optional sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For more heat, increase red chili flakes. Pre-cooked chicken can save time. Marinate chicken for richer flavor.
