Noodle Ingredients
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles) Choose based on preference.
  • 2 green onions, chopped green onions For garnish.
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in another bowl with cornstarch, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the chicken, tossing gently to combine.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For variations, try using chicken thighs for richer flavor or add veggies like bell peppers or snap peas for extra nutrition. Adjust honey or soy sauce in the sauce to taste.
