Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, julienned red bell pepper, shredded red cabbage, and fresh cilantro leaves. Toss gently to mix.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency.
Combining Salad and Dressing
