Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) or heat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the garlic and red onion. Tear the spinach into smaller pieces and crumble the feta cheese.
Assembly
  1. Spread a generous layer of shredded mozzarella on the flatbread.
  2. Sprinkle the sliced garlic and red onion over the cheese, followed by the spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of sea salt.
Cooking
  1. Place the prepared flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or use the air fryer for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  2. Look for bubbles and a golden color on the cheese.
Serving
  1. Drizzle a touch of extra virgin olive oil on top before serving.

Notes
