- Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cooking
- Carefully place the meatballs in the hot oil and fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them drain on paper towels.
