Preparation

  2. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili paste. Add sliced beef and toss well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Grill the Beef: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place marinated beef slices onto the grill. Cook each side for approximately 4-5 minutes until beautifully charred. Slice into strips.
  2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In a large pan, heat cream or coconut milk on low. Add cooked ramen noodles and vegetables. Toss gently to coat with the creamy sauce.
