- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until bubbling lightly.
- Carefully add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
- While the meatballs are simmering, cook spaghetti according to package instructions in boiling salted water. Drain once al dente.
- Serve the meatballs over the spaghetti, allowing the sauce to coat the noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a pinch of red pepper flakes in the sauce. Fresh herbs can brighten the dish. Prep meatballs ahead of time for convenience.
