Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in Southwestern seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Grill or cook the chicken until fully cooked—about 7-10 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  2. Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out each tortilla and layer on black beans, corn, diced bell pepper, sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, and the sliced chicken.
  2. Drizzle with salsa and lime juice over each filled tortilla, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly to secure all the ingredients inside.
  4. Cut them in half if desired, and they're ready to serve!

Notes
