Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, gently mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers.
  5. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Cooking
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
  2. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve warm with extra marshmallows and chocolate on top, if desired.

Notes

For healthier alternatives, use whole wheat flour and substitute sugar with honey. Ensure baking powder is fresh for best rise.
