Method
 

Preparation
  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and lightly roll them into balls.
  2. Preheat the grill or pan on medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Place the meatballs on the heated skillet and smash them down to form flat patties about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Season generously with salt and pepper.
