Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  4. Turn the chicken over and cook for another 7-8 minutes until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Baste the chicken with the buttery garlic mixture while it cooks.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving and optionally serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Patience during cooking helps achieve a perfect sear. Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
