Preparation
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Turn the chicken over and cook for another 7-8 minutes until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Baste the chicken with the buttery garlic mixture while it cooks.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving and optionally serve with lemon wedges.
