Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Arrange a layer of Ritz crackers in a baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
- Spread a layer of the chicken and cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of Ritz crackers on top of the filling.
- Repeat the layering process until you run out of the filling, finishing with a top layer of crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and optionally sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
