Preparation
- Start by using a round biscuit cutter to punch holes out of the cheesecake, yielding 8 to 12 cheesecake bites.
- Transfer the whipped cream or Cool Whip to a piping bag and pipe a generous layer on top of each cheesecake bite.
- Place the prepared strawberries, sliced side down, on top of the piped whipped cream.
- Pipe a small dot of whipped cream on top of each strawberry to mimic the fluffy pom-pom of a Santa hat.
Notes
Consider drizzling melted dark or white chocolate over the tops for an elegant touch. A dash of vanilla extract can enhance the whipped cream flavor. Optionally, sprinkle crushed graham crackers around the base for added texture.
