Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced zucchini, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the cream mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes after baking to set before serving. Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
