Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick, drained Rotel tomatoes, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, approximately one inch in diameter.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space in between each for even cooking.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
