Coating and Baking
- Coat each piece of chicken in the beaten eggs, then press it firmly into the seasoned cracker mix.
- Place the coated chicken in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Dot the top with cubes of butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is golden and crispy. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispness.
- Spoon the melted butter over the chicken before serving.
