Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Steaks

  2. Add steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
  3. Add smashed garlic and fresh herbs during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Resting the Steaks

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in heavy cream.
