  • 1 cup Burrata Cheese Allow to come to room temperature for optimal creaminess.
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Choose halal alternatives if desired.
  • 2 tbsp Honey Drizzled on top.
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula For topping just before serving.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Drizzle before baking.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper To enhance flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter over the dough.
  6. Layer the prosciutto slices over the torn burrata.
Baking
  1. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle honey over the top.
  3. Top with fresh arugula just before serving.
