Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut your tortillas into triangle wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil and then sprinkle them generously with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each tortilla chip, enough to give flavor without making them soggy.
- Top your chips evenly with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Add 2-3 mini pepperoni slices to each chip.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the chips are golden brown.
- If desired, garnish with chopped parsley and serve while warm.
Notes
Use different tortillas for varied flavor and texture. Customize your toppings with vegetables or different sauces. For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese and whole grain tortillas.
