Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Divide the pizza dough into four equal portions and roll each portion as thin as possible.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles (about 2-3 inches each).
  5. Transfer the dough pieces to the prepared baking sheets and brush each piece with the garlic oil.
  6. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes over the dough.
  7. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices over each piece of dough.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, watching closely as the edges turn golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
  2. Once baked, remove them from the oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Ensure the oven is fully preheated, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet, and allow chips to cool for better crunch.
