Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic.
- Divide the pizza dough into four equal portions and roll each portion as thin as possible.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles (about 2-3 inches each).
- Transfer the dough pieces to the prepared baking sheets and brush each piece with the garlic oil.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes over the dough.
- Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices over each piece of dough.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, watching closely as the edges turn golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
- Once baked, remove them from the oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Ensure the oven is fully preheated, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet, and allow chips to cool for better crunch.
