Crust

Cheesecake Filling

Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan for the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Baking
  1. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool.
Finishing Touches
  1. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with baklava pieces.
  2. Whip the heavy cream and dollop on top before serving.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. Chill thoroughly after baking to enhance flavors.
