- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Baking
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
Finishing Touches
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with baklava pieces.
- Whip the heavy cream and dollop on top before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
