  • 4 large Eggs Creamy and rich, for scrambling.
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickles, sliced The main flavor enhancer of the recipe.
  • 1 tbsp Butter or oil For cooking.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch Pepper Enhances flavor.
  • 4 pieces Slider buns Soft and slightly sweet.

Preparation
  1. Cook the hash-brown patties by following the package instructions, usually frying them in a skillet until golden-brown.
  2. In a separate skillet, heat a tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat for scrambling the eggs.
  3. Crack open the eggs into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, whisk, and pour into the heated skillet, stirring gently until cooked and fluffy.
  4. Assemble the sliders starting with a crispy hash-brown patty on the bottom half of a slider bun, adding a scoop of scrambled eggs and slices of dill pickles.
  5. Cap the sliders with the top half of the bun and serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider baking the hash-brown patties and using whole-grain buns. Add spinach or cheese for variations.
