Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
  3. Add in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture. Toss everything together until well combined. If desired, add red pepper flakes for heat.
  4. If your pepperoni slices are larger than standard, cut them in half for bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Place the pepperoni in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each slice.
  2. Generously sprinkle the cheese mixture over each pepperoni slice.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
