Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
- Add in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture. Toss everything together until well combined. If desired, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- If your pepperoni slices are larger than standard, cut them in half for bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
- Place the pepperoni in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each slice.
- Generously sprinkle the cheese mixture over each pepperoni slice.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Storing
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. Reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer to regain crispness.
