- Take small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls for consistent size.
- Place the rolled truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Retrieve the chilled truffles from the fridge, dipping each into the melted white chocolate, ensuring an even coat.
- While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed candy canes atop each truffle.
