Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the beef steak into thin strips, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips, cooking until nicely browned on the outside.
  4. Place the browned beef, along with sliced bell peppers and onions, into the slow cooker.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker. Gently stir to combine everything.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, season your dish with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a final stir.
