  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter Provides delightful texture and flavor.

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels Provides satisfying crunch.
  • 1 cup mini M&M's Fun, chewy addition.
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 pound chocolate candy coating For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crunchy peanut butter, unsalted butter, and light brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Continue to mix until the dough thickens.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and mini M&M's until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, then place back on the lined baking sheet.
  8. Allow the chocolate coating to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

For added decoration, drizzle extra melted chocolate over the truffles. Consider using different chocolate types for variety.
