Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F to ensure even baking.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat your softened butter with your granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Blend in your flour and baking soda until just incorporated.
- Fold in a few tablespoons of sprinkles for added color and crunch.
Baking
- Scoop the dough into balls and place them a couple of inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges turn light golden brown.
- Let cookies cool for about 5 minutes then press an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss into the top of each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
Notes
