Baking

Topping
- In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread peanut butter mixture over cooled brownie cups.
- Press additional chocolate chips into the peanut buttery topping.
- Let set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
