Preparation
- Melt the white chocolate melting wafers using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Dip a pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, coating about three-quarters of the rod and allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped pretzel on a parchment-lined baking pan to cool.
- Melt the red and blue chocolate melts separately in bowls.
- Using a piping bag or a sandwich bag with a corner snipped off, drizzle the melted red and blue chocolate over the white-coated pretzel rods in a zig-zag pattern.
- Allow the drizzled pretzels to cool completely at room temperature until the chocolate sets.
Notes
For variations, consider using dark chocolate or sugar-free melts. Add toppings like chopped nuts or sprinkles for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
