Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat each chicken breast generously with olive oil and press into the breadcrumb mixture to create an even coat.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Making the Sauce
  1. While the chicken is baking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  2. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant, then pour in the cream and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.

  1. Once the chicken is done baking, serve it hot, generously topped with the creamy garlic sauce.

Notes
