Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut it into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each square of dough.
- Fold the dough over to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
- Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Alternatively, use different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for 2 months.
