Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut it into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each square of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
  6. Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Alternatively, use different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for 2 months.
