Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Use a whisk to mix until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until everything is incorporated and chocolatey.
- Add in the vanilla extract, then introduce the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until no flour streaks remain. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
Baking
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before adding the fudge layer.
Fudge Layer
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the peanut butter, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Reese's cups.
- Spread the fudge layer evenly over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle finely crushed Oreos on top.
Chilling and Serving
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
