Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cooking

  2. Add rotini pasta, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed.

Notes

To enhance flavors, consider marinating the chicken in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes. You can make this dish spicier by adding red pepper flakes.
