Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking
  1. Season sliced steak generously with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove steak and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chili flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and incorporated.
  5. Fold in the cooked pasta and prepared steak, mixing everything together.
