  • 100 grams Salted Pistachios (processed fine) Used for rolling the salami.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, a spatula, parchment paper, and a rolling pin.
  2. Place the biscuits into a food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, salted pistachios, and pistachio butter. Stir well to evenly distribute.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and unsalted butter together, then pour into the biscuit blend along with the condensed milk.
  5. Mix everything until it’s thoroughly combined and resembles a thick, sticky dough.
  6. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and transfer the mixture onto it. Shape it into a log and roll tightly.
  7. Twist the ends of the parchment tightly to seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Once firm, unwrap the log and roll it in the finely processed salted pistachios to coat completely.
  9. Slice the No-Bake Pistachio Salami into neat rounds and serve.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla extract or orange zest. For variations, try different nuts or chocolate types.
