Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, a spatula, parchment paper, and a rolling pin.
- Place the biscuits into a food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, salted pistachios, and pistachio butter. Stir well to evenly distribute.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and unsalted butter together, then pour into the biscuit blend along with the condensed milk.
- Mix everything until it’s thoroughly combined and resembles a thick, sticky dough.
- Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and transfer the mixture onto it. Shape it into a log and roll tightly.
- Twist the ends of the parchment tightly to seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, unwrap the log and roll it in the finely processed salted pistachios to coat completely.
- Slice the No-Bake Pistachio Salami into neat rounds and serve.
Notes
