Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 pack Oreos, crushed Use standard size Oreos, not double flavors.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Use to combine with crushed Oreos.
For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese Use blocks, not spreadable.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped until fluffy.
  • 4 oz Oreos, chopped For better flavor and texture in the filling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
  3. Gently stir in the chopped Oreos.
  4. Pour the filling onto the crust and smooth it out.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Notes

For extra indulgence, top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
